Privacy Policy

When you buy something from our store on shopify, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address, and email address. At no point do we share any information with any third party company or services, so all data is 100% secure.

E-mail advertising; With your permission, we may send you emails regarding our store, new products and other updates.

PRODUCTS

Product Description
The Products offered for sale are those which appear on the Site, on the day the Customer consults the Site, and within the limits of available stocks.

Great care is taken in the presentation of the Products on the Site in order to meet the requirements of Article L.111-1 of the Consumer Code. However, the photographs illustrating the Products are only indicative and do not enter into the contractual field.

Indeed, if every effort is made to ensure that the color of the Products, the photos of which are displayed on the Site, are faithful to the original products, variations may occur; in particular because of the technical limitations of color rendering of computer equipment. Consequently, Elio Pavone cannot be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the photographs or graphic representations of the Products presented on the Site.

 

PAYMENT

Unless the server is unavailable, the Customer may pay for his order after final validation of it on the Site, by Credit Card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, Amex exclusively). The Customer will enter his card number, the expiration date of the card, the name of the card holder and the visual cryptogram (the last three numbers written on the back of his bank card). The customer also has the option of making payments via Paypal.

Payments by check are not accepted.

Elio Pavone reserves the right to refuse any order or any delivery in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer, total or partial non-payment of a previous order by the Customer, refusal of authorization of payment by bank card from organizations banking.

The Customer guarantees that he has the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen at the time of validation of the order. If the bank refuses, the order will be automatically canceled and the Customer notified by sending an email.

The Customer is invited to print the summary of the order. Data relating to orders will be recorded and stored in the IT systems of Elio Pavone and its partner bank. The information registers of these companies will be considered as constituting proof of all transactions between the Parties on the Site. The archiving of order data is carried out on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as evidence.
